Founder and President of The Integral Business Leadership Group, Joseph Zepedeo is an experienced consultant and coach bringing about transformational change and development at the individual, team and organizational levels. He has been providing service for over 20 years to a variety of clients in the public and private sectors in both union and non-union environments.
Joseph is adept at leading teams, consensus building and developing creative yet pragmatic solutions to difficult organizational challenges. He brings a big-picture perspective in his consulting engagements in the areas of organizational change, leadership development and integrative human resource management. He is particularly skilled at assessing an organization’s needs strategically, crafting pragmatic solutions and then leading the implementation of those solutions.
As a highly skilled Professional Integral Coach™, Joseph works holistically with clients to transform fundamental shifts in awareness into meaningful action to produce intended results.
